By accessing or using GhoVoTok (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GhoVoTok. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

When you create an account on GhoVoTok, you agree to:

• Maintain only one account per person
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You may not post GhoVos or other content that:

• Harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities
• Is sexually explicit without appropriate age-gating
• Spreads deliberate misinformation designed to cause harm
• Doxxes or reveals the real identity of any individual
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on GhoVoTok, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

GhoVoTok and all associated trademarks, logos, and trade dress are owned by GhoVoTok. You may not use them without prior written permission.

GhoVoTok is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhoVoTok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which GhoVoTok is incorporated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email (if provided). Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
